About The Position

Keysight Services is seeking an engineer to develop and maintain customer training content for test and measurement products using AI-enabled tools. The role owns training-material quality from initial draft through release, ensuring content is technically accurate, clear, consistent with source documentation, and professionally presented. The engineer will work with product managers and subject matter experts, receive comprehensive training on Keysight products, and collaborate with field delivery teams to incorporate feedback and improve content-development processes.

The position is suited to a motivated engineer who wants to build technical and marketing expertise. Candidates should understand how major test and measurement equipment operates and have a foundation in electronics testing. The role also requires strong written and verbal communication, PowerPoint and collaboration-platform proficiency, attention to detail, analytical thinking, planning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical training, technical content, testing, or engineering roles; internships and co-ops count.
• Understanding of electronics fundamentals and hands-on use of electronic test equipment in lab, test, or engineering work.
• Regular hands-on use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, with a habit of checking their output.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and an eye for clear, professional slide design.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to carefully and consistently review large amounts of technical material.
• Knowledge of the theory of operation of major test and measurement equipment, such as vector network analyzers, signal analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong presentation skills, professional communication, excellent written English, and the ability to synthesize concepts.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• RF/microwave coursework or hands-on experience.
• Experience creating technical content such as presentations, lab guides, or tutorials; samples are welcome.
• Experience building AI workflows, agents, or custom assistants.
• Basic Python or scripting skills.
• Experience creating or delivering customer or technical training.
• Hands-on experience in electronics testing and instrument automation.

Responsibilities
