About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Technical Test Manager to lead testing governance, quality assurance, and delivery excellence across strategic insurance programs. The role requires deep Commercial Insurance domain expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and broad experience across testing disciplines to drive quality outcomes in Agile environments.

The Technical Test Manager leads test planning governance and execution across multiple workstreams and applications; establishes testing processes, standards, metrics, and quality controls; and coordinates functional, automation, performance, security, and integration testing. The role also drives shift-left testing and quality engineering, oversees test data and test environment strategies, collaborates with business, technology, and delivery teams, and reports quality metrics, risks, and progress through dashboards and executive presentations. The position supports Agile and SAFe teams and uses AI-driven tools to improve testing productivity, efficiency, and coverage.

Requirements

• Strong Commercial Insurance domain knowledge.
• Broad expertise in testing process governance, test automation, test data management, test environment management, performance testing, security testing, and shift-left testing practices.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining and presenting testing metrics dashboards and status reports.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve quality engineering productivity and efficiency.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading testing programs within Property & Casualty (P&C) or Commercial Insurance organizations.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise testing initiatives and distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, SAFe, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
