About the position
Our company is seeking talented technical support professionals to join our team as Product (Technical) Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical and strategic inquiries from customers primarily through email and live chat messaging. As a Product (Technical) Support Specialist, you will need to quickly develop expertise in our product and services to ensure our customers receive the best possible lead data and achieve future success. This position requires a passion for customer experience, previous experience in customer support, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn software and solve technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical and strategic questions from customers primarily through email and live chat messaging
- Develop subject matter expertise in the product and services to help customers get the best possible lead data and ensure their future success
- Assist customers via email or live chat, troubleshooting and investigating technical issues to provide a full resolution
- Learn software, API's, and CRM integrations to solve technical problems
- Provide positive support and guidance to customers using the platform
- Communicate customized solutions to help customers grow their business
- Adapt to evolving customer needs and changes in case volume
- Diagnose software issues and collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex product issues
- Collaborate with account managers or sales teams to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience assisting customers via email or live chat
- Ability to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues
- Expertise in learning software and solving technical problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and effectively resolve issues through email, chat, and other communication methods
- Provide positive support and guidance to customers
- Ability to communicate customized solutions to help customers grow their business
- Composure, resilience, and flexibility in handling evolving customer needs and case volume changes
- Comprehensive knowledge of Seamless.AI to diagnose software issues
- Collaboration with account managers or sales teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions
