About the position
Seamless.AI is seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Conversion Designer - UI/UX to join their marketing team. This role will be responsible for optimizing the UI, UX, and conversion rates across various digital touchpoints, including the website, web app, and paid media campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Conversion Designer will play a critical role in shaping customer acquisition strategies and driving growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conversion rate optimization, front-end development, and web analytics tools, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and design a comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategy to drive growth across web pages and the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze and improve website, landing pages, and paid media performance metrics using a data-driven approach.
- Create custom animations to support product education and conversion rates.
- Create detailed dashboards for tracking the performance of conversion strategies.
- Optimize webpage design, UX/UI, etc. to maximize conversions by evaluating strategies to improve conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on investment.
- Continually assess competitor strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements.
- Drive conversion rate growth by testing and optimizing messaging, user flows, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, HTML/CSS, UI and Front End Development
- Advanced experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, FullStory, Hotjar etc.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing conversion rates for websites, landing pages, and paid media campaigns directly tied to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills.
