About the position

The Customer Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to ensure customers have the knowledge and skills to effectively use Seamless.AI products and services. This includes conducting daily webinars, creating on-demand training materials, and developing a comprehensive training curriculum. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with product updates and customer needs, and will collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in multimedia tools and software, possess an analytical mindset, and be able to customize training content for different customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily customer webinar training sessions on Seamless.AI product features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Create high-quality on-demand training materials such as video tutorials, user guides, and interactive modules
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum to maximize customer adoption, product usage, and retention rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with product updates, launches, and customer needs
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance training programs and education
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and training methodologies to improve training materials and delivery methods
  • Identify training gaps and develop new training content and resources
  • Familiarity with multimedia tools and software for e-learning resources
  • Analytical mindset to assess training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, customer participation, and performance metrics
  • Customize training content for different customer segments or industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
