About The Position

Become part of Septeo CNEE and support demanding clients in the insolvency industry from initial requirements gathering to successful implementation. You will combine technical expertise with consulting skills to develop individual solutions for complex business processes. You won't be working on a standard product or just processing tickets, but will collaboratively design individual workflows, migrations, and integrations with our clients, providing direct added value to their daily operations. If you enjoy taking responsibility, contributing technically, and also value customer interaction, we look forward to receiving your application. This role can be based anywhere in Germany. As collaboration with clients and the team is a crucial part of this position, we appreciate regular presence at our Karlsruhe location (approx. 1-2 days per week) and occasional on-site client appointments.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development or technical consulting in a project-oriented environment.
• In-depth knowledge of C#/.NET, MS Access, MS SQL Server, VBA, and ideally modern web technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Experience in analyzing functional requirements and in the conception, implementation, and introduction of individual software solutions, integrations, and migrations.
• Experience with electronic signatures and ideally with electronic legal transactions (e.g., EGVP) or comparable regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enjoyment of functional consulting and collaboration with clients.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conception and (further) development of individual extensions, interfaces, workflows, and integrations based on C#/.NET, VBA, and XML.
• Further development and maintenance of an Access-based specialized application and its underlying MS-SQL Server database structures.
• Connection and further development of digital file solutions (eIP, e2A), the Electronic Court and Administrative Mailbox (EGVP), as well as integration of electronic signatures.
• Development of pragmatic and sustainable solutions for complex functional and technical requirements.
• Consulting and technical support for clients in the digitalization and optimization of business processes in the insolvency sector.
• Technical coordination with clients and collaboration with specialist departments from the judiciary.
• Creation of technical documentation and ensuring clean version control with GIT.
