About The Position

Valmet is seeking a Technical Service Representative to join its North America Services team. The role provides hands-on technical support to customers across North America to help maintain and optimize large-scale papermaking equipment, including mechanical equipment such as doctor assemblies and roll rebuilds. Hydraulic work may be part of the role for representatives with applicable knowledge. The position combines on-site field service with remote troubleshooting. The representative travels to customer locations to inspect equipment, diagnose issues, support repairs, assist with machine start-ups, and improve equipment performance and reliability. Travel is approximately 65–75% of the time. Requirements

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and travel approximately 65–75% of the time.
