Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized technical roles, including Software Engineers and Research Scientists/Researchers. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to develop and execute hiring strategies that attract top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of recruiting in competitive markets and excels at building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or startup environment.
Demonstrated success hiring for Software Engineering positions across multiple levels, including senior and leadership roles.
Demonstrated success hiring Researchers , including Research Scientists, Applied Scientists, AI/ML Researchers, or similar technical research-focused roles.
Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across domains such as software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cloud computing, or related technical fields.
Strong expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, research communities, and other talent platforms.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineers, Research Scientists, Research Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and related technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, workforce planning objectives, and technical skill requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screenings and assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and cultural alignment.
Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Collaborate with interview teams to improve assessment processes and hiring efficiency.
Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives throughout the recruiting process.
Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and emerging technical skill sets.
