About The Position

This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for engineering and other technical roles, from defining job requirements through onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring teams, source and assess candidates, and manage the entire hiring process while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a talent acquisition team that has many upcoming projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical skill sets, including engineers, IT, finance, procurement, and supply chain roles.
  • Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and requisitions.
  • Strong talent acquisition and technical recruiting expertise.
  • Ability to effectively schedule and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit during screening and interviews.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles for engineering and other technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other creative channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with interviewers, gathering and consolidating feedback, and extending offers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
