As a Technical Recruiter , you'll have a direct hand in building the teams that make this possible. You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security. We deliver space superiority so the U.S. can operate freely in orbit, blending hardware and software in a way few companies can. In this role, you will partner with technical leaders, support the full recruiting lifecycle, and contribute to processes that scale. Space is the new high ground, we're here to keep it secure, and you'll be building the team that gets us there. This role is located in our Centennial, CO office.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to full-cycle or high-volume technical hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening software engineering talent across job families such as full-stack, front-end, back-end, embedded software, DevOps, autonomy, or simulation.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently on defined tasks while proactively communicating priorities, blockers, and status updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent ideas clearly in both candidate-facing and internal contexts.
  • Organized and dependable, with a bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Receptive to feedback and coaching; brings solution ideas when identifying gaps or process challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting aerospace-specific software talent, such as flight software, GNC (Guidance, Navigation & Control), or related mission-critical engineering disciplines.
  • Background in a high-growth technology startup, or aerospace, defense, or national security environment.
  • Familiarity hiring DoD-cleared talent (Secret or Top Secret).
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or ClearanceJobs.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership, clear and proactive communication, and consistent candidate advocacy.
  • Source and engage talent across technical disciplines with a primary emphasis on software engineering roles, including full-stack, front-end, back-end, embedded software, DevOps, autonomy, simulation, flight software, and GNC.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, following defined processes and escalating candidate concerns as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent to support near-term and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date ATS data and support process excellence by meeting established SLAs without compromising quality.
  • Provide timely and accurate hiring progress updates to hiring teams and team leads.
  • Partner with cross-functional teammates in Finance, Security, and People.
  • Represent True Anomaly professionally at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
