This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial 3-month contract period. BETSOL is seeking a motivated, self-sufficient Technical Recruiter to manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for US-based and Argentina-based technical positions. The recruiter will represent the BETSOL brand as the first point of contact for future employees. This hybrid role requires approximately 1-2 days per week in the Broomfield, Colorado office and reports directly to senior leadership. The role acts as a liaison between candidate experience, hiring managers, HR, IT, and the operational team. It is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, adapts to varying workloads, and brings energy to both strategic sourcing and coordination for a positive candidate experience. During slower recruiting periods, the individual may support other administrative or operational needs. In addition to the base contract, the role includes structured commissions for successful onboards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with verifiable US hiring closures
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for both US and international positions
  • Expert-level LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency including advanced Boolean search and InMail campaign management
  • Experience with maintaining recruiting platforms and strong organizational discipline
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into your recruiting workflow (sourcing, screening, communications)
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills for complex multi-stakeholder interview processes
  • Comfort booking and managing travel logistics for candidates and new hires
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll interface with executives, hiring managers, and candidates regularly
  • Genuine adaptability: you're equally comfortable running a full sourcing cycle one week and tackling administrative priorities the next
  • Proactive, self-starting mentality with high ownership and low need for micromanagement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and close candidates for engineering and technical positions across US (onshore) and Argentina (nearshore) markets
  • Execute advanced passive candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, and creative sourcing strategies beyond standard job board posting
  • Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns, job postings, and candidate outreach with a strong sense of urgency and quality
  • Present qualified candidates within 4 business days of requisition open date
  • Conduct video recruiter screens with professional presentation and structured assessment
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships from first contact through Day 1 and beyond
  • Coordinate all interview logistics including scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communication
  • Own the onboarding readiness process — ensuring every new hire has a successful first day by coordinating with HR, IT, the hiring manager, and an assigned buddy
  • Book travel and accommodations for candidates and new hires who are outside the Colorado area for in-person interviews or first days
  • Maintain rigorous, up-to-date records in our platform for all candidates and requisitions
  • Report directly to executive leadership on a weekly basis with clear recruiting pipeline updates
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the business during lower-volume recruiting periods
  • Support process improvement initiatives as we grow and scale our talent acquisition function
