This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial 3-month contract period. BETSOL is seeking a motivated, self-sufficient Technical Recruiter to manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for US-based and Argentina-based technical positions. The recruiter will represent the BETSOL brand as the first point of contact for future employees. This hybrid role requires approximately 1-2 days per week in the Broomfield, Colorado office and reports directly to senior leadership. The role acts as a liaison between candidate experience, hiring managers, HR, IT, and the operational team. It is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, adapts to varying workloads, and brings energy to both strategic sourcing and coordination for a positive candidate experience. During slower recruiting periods, the individual may support other administrative or operational needs. In addition to the base contract, the role includes structured commissions for successful onboards.
