About The Position
Brickhouse Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be relationship-focused, dedicated to delivering a quality recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates, and someone who is able to function independently but enjoys collaborating and celebrating with a team.
Requirements
- Prior agency recruiting experience
- An emphasis on quality over quantity recruitment practices
- A focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive candidate and client experience
- A desire to experiment and try new things and an interest in growing and enhancing our company brand and presence
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, and extending offers
- Represent Brickhouse's People Driven brand values and culture by supporting a transparent, quality-focused, and enjoyable candidate and client experience
- Assist with writing and posting job descriptions
- Participate in Brickhouse's CARE program through on-going communication and celebration of our consultants and clients
- Help attract, train, and support additional Brickhouse team members
