Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3+ years recruiting experience in a high volume staffing agency environment (Any Technical staffing industry – IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
Solid computer skills (MS Office)
Great attitude, and a willingness to learn
Consultative and professional sales/recruiting approach

Responsibilities

Assist in growing and supporting the client base nationwide and globally.
Recruit technical staff for short-term projects (contracts/SOWs) and permanent solutions.
Understand the right technical fit for clients.
Match personalities with specific teams and company culture.
Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
