About The Position

Due to continued growth within our Technology team, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role involves proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates, conducting in-depth technical interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, and collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting or surpassing monthly recruitment targets, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). The position requires extensive knowledge in recognized recruiting practices, techniques, and methods, and involves exercising discretion and independent judgment in making recommendations and developing solutions to complex problems. Work is accomplished with limited direction and is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. The role provides resolution to a diverse range of recognizable complex problems, requiring analysis to identify root cause and judgment to develop alternate solutions. The individual will plan and arrange their own work, referring only unusual cases to supervisors. Failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments would normally have serious consequences. Contacts are frequently inter-organizational and involve outside customer/vendor interactions, as part of a team representing the organization and monitoring activities across it. Requirements

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-9 years Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders. (High proficiency)
  • Exceptional capability in candidate assessment and interviewing techniques. (High proficiency)
  • Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities, paired with quick analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail. (High proficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and screenings with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate on the development of comprehensive job descriptions and requirements.
  • Drive success by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly recruitment targets, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication with both internal teams and external candidates, upholding a standard of excellence throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation in the tech community.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences to expand our network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Advise on compensation trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to attract niche technical talent.
