About The Position

DAWAR CONSULTING is a US based Consulting & Staffing firm placing top technical and professional talent across pharma/biotech, semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing. We work with Direct Clients, MSP -managed programs and leading VMS platforms. You will own full -cycle recruitment for contract, contract -to -hire, and direct placements — sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.
  • Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering
  • Hands -on experience working with MSP companies like – Magnit, KellyOCG, Manpower
  • Hands -on experience working with VMS platforms like – Fieldglass, Beeline
  • Understand U.S. work authorization types – US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT etc..
  • Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device, Pharma, biotech
  • Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage 7–10 requisitions independently during PST hours

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards.
  • Engage passive talent through Boolean and X -ray search.
  • Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment.
  • Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
  • Maintain accurate, real -time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent).
  • Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
