About The Position

DAWAR CONSULTING is a US based Consulting & Staffing firm placing top technical and professional talent across pharma/biotech, semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing. We work with Direct Clients, MSP -managed programs and leading VMS platforms. You will own full -cycle recruitment for contract, contract -to -hire, and direct placements — sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions.

Requirements

4–7 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.
Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering
Hands -on experience working with MSP companies like – Magnit, KellyOCG, Manpower
Hands -on experience working with VMS platforms like – Fieldglass, Beeline
Understand U.S. work authorization types – US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT etc..
Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device, Pharma, biotech
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
Ability to manage 7–10 requisitions independently during PST hours

Responsibilities

Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards.
Engage passive talent through Boolean and X -ray search.
Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment.
Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs.
Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
Maintain accurate, real -time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent).
Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal quality.
