About The Position

The TPM leads enterprise software and SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, handover, and early value realization. The TPM role is the primary delivery partner for customers and the central coordinator across internal teams. It combines delivery discipline, technical fluency, commercial stewardship, and customer outcome ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical project management, customer success and in the technical configuration or deployment of complex software solutions, ideally in a SaaS or digital project environment
  • Proven experience delivering complex customer-facing implementation projects, including planning, stakeholder management, reporting, risk management, and change control.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, Cloud, CMS, DAM, PIM, MRM, MarTech, or comparable platforms; working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
  • Familiarity with interfaces and data-driven systems - e.g. through APIs, data imports or workflow design
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and lead discussions with architects, developers, consultants, and Cloud teams.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, data migration, configuration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong customer communication, executive presentation, negotiation, commercial awareness, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Node-RED, or Java is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, plan, governance, execution, go-live, handover, and retrospective.
  • Translate Statements of Work, contracts, and customer requirements into clear milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resourcing, and decision paths.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams spanning Solution Development, Cloud Enablement, Support & Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and partners.
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer stakeholders; lead project reviews, steering committees, and executive updates as required.
  • Define success criteria and adoption milestones; identify customer risks early and ensure a seamless transition to ongoing Customer Success and Operations.
  • Facilitate requirements and solution workshops; coordinate integrations, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and technical dependencies.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decisions, actions, status reports, and delivery documentation in the agreed systems.
