We’re looking for an experienced Regional Technical Sales Manager to develop our business across Germany and support our wider international growth. Initially, you’ll take responsibility for sales across Central, Eastern and Northern Germany, managing key customer relationships, developing new business and identifying opportunities to expand our specialist technologies into new applications and markets. This is also a role with a clear next step. Within approximately 6–18 months, and following successful onboarding and demonstrated performance, the intention is for you to progress into Team Leader DACH & Nordics, taking leadership responsibility for a small sales team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience within manufacturing equipment.
  • Proven technical B2B sales and new business development experience.
  • Experience selling complex technical products, services or solutions across international markets.
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally supported by an engineering or related technical qualification.
  • Fluent Dutch & English.
  • The drive and potential to progress into an international sales leadership role.
