Technical Project Manager

Zenoti is seeking a professional to join their team in a role that involves understanding the scope of implementation, setting expectations with customers and stakeholders, creating project plans, and executing against them. The successful candidate will also be responsible for minimizing uncertainty, maintaining effective communication with customers, and staying updated on the latest product releases. This role requires knowledge of data migration strategies and the ability to use product knowledge to assist the team with solutioning requirements and integration capabilities.

- Understand the scope of the implementation and set expectations with customer and internal stakeholders on timelines, effort estimates, and scope of data migration from legacy / competitor applications. - Minimize uncertainty, and maintain effective communication with customer as appropriate. - Create or Contribute to the project plan and execute against the plan while identifying and mitigating internal and external risks and dependencies. - Understand scope of data migration for key software and different data migration strategies. - Keep updated on the latest product releases and use product knowledge to assist team with solutioning requirements, integration capabilities and setting customer expectations.
