About the position
Zenoti is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Manager to shape the vision and roadmap for their software solution in the beauty and wellness industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and visualizations to help customers grow their businesses, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to release new features. They will also be tasked with building and leading a world-class product management team, driving adoption and customer satisfaction, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have extensive software product management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Influence the vision and road-map for Zenoti's product
- Surface data-driven insights and opportunities for customers
- Deliver powerful visualizations and insights to help customers grow their business
- Enable internal stakeholders to have business reviews with customers
- Ensure timely and accurate data in analytics
- Enable customers to easily build their own dashboards and serve their own data requirements
- Inform business plans and product roadmap strategy through analytical and strategic insights
- Evolve how data-driven insights are analyzed and communicated to stakeholders
- Write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with engineering teams
- Build and nurture a world-class product management team
- Collaborate with engineering and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and define roadmaps
- Drive key decisions and influence pricing and go-to-market strategy
- Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships
- Drive adoption and growth of product features among customers
- Analyze data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and improve the product
- Lead prioritization discussions with leadership teams
- Define scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation
Requirements
- 15+ years of software product management experience, with minimum 5 years in Product Management and preferably delivering SaaS software
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven storytelling skills
- Ability to visualize interactive, user-friendly, and compelling dashboards
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams with a results-oriented attitude
- Can deal with ambiguity and break complex and vaguely defined problems into clear actionable steps
- Ability to strike the right balance between developing a high-level understanding of the business and market requirements
