This role is for Technical Program Managers to address the challenges of development projects in a fast-paced and evolving threat landscape, supporting any of Anduril's divisions or business units. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with expertise in evaluating, qualifying, developing, and advocating for sophisticated parallel pursuits in mission-level autonomous systems software development. The position involves program planning, organization, and compliance activities, offering opportunities to enhance business knowledge within a rapidly growing company that delivers technology solutions to government and industry customers. Preferred candidates should have a strong project management background, a willingness to learn, be team players, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced technology business. They will be expected to quickly learn and apply technical concepts, using their technical knowledge and program management skills to lead cross-functional efforts and achieve optimal outcomes for Anduril and its stakeholders.

Requirements

  • B.S. (minimum) in Electrical, Computer Science, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 7+ years relevant military experience
  • Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
  • Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
  • Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.
  • Able to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable with working in limited resource environments
  • Excellent communication skills- ability to effectively engage in technical discussions and translate technical details to diverse internal audiences.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Ability to relocate as needed
  • Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program

Nice To Haves

  • Background in defense, hardware, autonomy, or robotics deployments, with an understanding of associated mission-critical quality standards.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to successful completion of projects
  • Knowledge of federal procurement processes and practices, including FAR and DFARS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Adobe Pro, or equivalent project management software
  • Maintain customer relationship with timely, accurate, and meaningful communications
  • Creation of project proposals, program plans, reports, and process documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from start to finish, collaborating with customers and engineering teams.
  • Develop technical strategies for project success, identify engineering needs, and validate product outcomes with customers.
  • Assume high levels of responsibility and ownership of accounts to shape their success.
  • Work closely with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their needs to Anduril engineers.
  • Collaborate with Anduril engineers to build solutions and adapt development to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop, coordinate, and communicate project plans with internal and external partners.
  • Build sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones with clients and engineers.
  • Grow the business through customer success by establishing trust-based partnerships and identifying future opportunities.
  • Articulate Anduril's value proposition and impact on customer problem sets to various levels of stakeholders.
