What you’ll achieve We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (i9) to join our Customer Communication team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale communication programs across digital channels — ensuring reliable delivery, measurable performance, and continuous improvement across our technology stack. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical leadership — someone who can define a multi-year communications technology roadmap and direct the vendor-based development team that builds and operates it day-to-day. You will own all development efforts end-to-end, working closely with Business, technology, and senior business stakeholders to shape how Dell communicates with customers at scale.
