About The Position

Join Experian as a Technical Program Manager and play a key role in driving enterprise-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in technology or product-driven environments
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs
• Strong technical acumen in system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep knowledge of risk management, dependency management, and executive stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, and Agile/hybrid methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in fraud prevention, identity, or financial services sectors
• Background managing global, distributed teams
• Expertise leveraging AI and automation in program delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide technical programs from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Oversee program scope, timelines, budget, investment, risks, and dependencies across multiple Product and Engineering teams
• Facilitate technical design and architecture discussions, translating complex decisions into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and systemic issues across distributed teams
• Drive program governance, executive-level reporting, and financial tracking for high-visibility initiatives
• Utilize AI tools, advanced analytics, and automation to enhance program planning, reporting, and decision-making
• Engage and collaborate with global teams, managing multi-regional programs and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Champion Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies using tools like Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and MS Project
