The Technical Program Manager leads cross-functional engineering development for L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions. The role owns program planning, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and change management, and drives integrated hardware, software, and rack-level products from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production. The manager ensures customer milestones and deliverables are met, facilitates internal and customer-facing meetings, and serves as the primary point of contact for program execution across global teams. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex, detail-oriented projects.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions.
Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, and mitigation planning.
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status, drive issue resolution, and align project objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and support effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
