About The Position

The Technical Program Manager or Senior Technical Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional technical product-development programs from concept and business planning through development, verification, qualification, industrialization, and product release. The role integrates Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve technical, schedule, cost, quality, customer, and business objectives. The program manager understands complex engineering information, connects technical dependencies to program outcomes, establishes an integrated program plan, drives execution, manages risk, and enables timely decisions. The role is based in the Lebanon, New Hampshire office; domestic travel may be required based on program and business needs. The position owns program success by creating clarity, driving accountability, surfacing risks early, and enabling timely cross-functional decisions. Final level—Technical Program Manager or Senior Technical Program Manager—is determined by relevant experience, program complexity, leadership scope, decision-making responsibility, and organizational impact. At the senior level, the role also coaches less-experienced project and program managers and contributes to broader PMO capability development. FUJIFILM Dimatix designs and manufactures durable, productive drop-on-demand inkjet printheads and integrated inkjet solutions used in areas including commercial printing, graphics, labels and packaging, additive manufacturing, ceramic tiles, textiles, electronics, and life science research. The company describes its work environment as flexible and engaging and offers competitive wages and a generous benefits package.
