About The Position

As a Senior Program Manager (Contract) on the client’s Merch Tech Team, you will work with technology professionals to manage technical programs that deliver business value to the client and its customers. You will identify unaddressed issues, develop solutions or find the appropriate owner, and help ensure that high-quality deliverables are released. Success is measured by return on investment, new capabilities, and benefits delivered.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to develop, design, build, and launch technology solutions, with responsibility for end-to-end quality. The role works with business and technical colleagues to create specifications and resolve issues, and collaborates across departments and functions on programs of varying scope, risk, and complexity.

The role is onsite in Seattle, Washington, for a six-month temporary assignment. The listed shift is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• A four-year degree in a technical-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of Technical Program Management experience, including at least 2 years using AI tools and AI agents.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated successful program delivery.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating or partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business.
• E-commerce technology and/or omnichannel experience.

Nice To Haves

• Retail technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-impact, high-risk, and complex programs, building and executing integrated plans across multiple teams.
• Present demos, status updates, and risk and mitigation strategies, and communicate updates through VP level.
• Use technical, functional, and customer expertise to define technical components of a multi-year capability roadmap.
• Manage resource planning and a large team budget, forecast six months ahead, and explain variances.
• Apply engineering lifecycle knowledge and prior experience to drive improvements.
• Use AI tools, AI agents, and an AI-native operational model to deliver programs more quickly and efficiently.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop, design, build, and launch technology solutions and ensure end-to-end quality.
