About The Position

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and optimizing a portfolio of multi-year technical transformation engagements that drive value and improve constituent experience. You will lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional Google executives, sales teams, technical leaders (e.g., architects, engineers), and executive client stakeholders (e.g., CTOs/CIOs). In this role, you will grow in a decentralized environment, and navigate business development, program delivery, and executive stakeholder management. Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.
