Appian is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its Customer Success team, focusing on the Public Sector. This role involves engaging with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformation and competitive differentiation. The consultant will work throughout the entire project life-cycle to define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions for commercial clients. This includes working in an agile environment to understand client business processes and technical needs, launching relational data models, and developing APIs for system integration. The role also involves brainstorming and implementing AI use cases using Appian’s AI tools, applying retrieval augment generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models. Collaboration with client technical teams and business users is essential, as is empowering clients to become self-sufficient in building process applications on the Appian platform. Appian provides process automation technology, automating complex processes for large enterprises and governments, with a platform known for reliability and scale.
