About The Position

Our client, an AV manufacturing company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Test Fleet Program in its PMO. The role collaborates with engineering and product stakeholders to define, structure, and track program deliverables, keeping critical initiatives aligned and on track. It also focuses on improving processes through automation and tooling, including building dashboards and tools to improve program reporting and efficiency. The position engages with technical program details and reviews project-level deliverables to ensure they support strategic intent. The role requires building relationships across teams and communicating effectively to drive progress in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated passion for learning and high potential for growth.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage projects, and show initiative.
Curiosity and interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex software and hardware systems.
Deep passion for a technical subject, demonstrated through detailed learning or work on a project, hobby, or side hustle.
A builder's mindset, with tangible experience shipping projects that work.
Ability to collaborate effectively and experience thoughtfully improving teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Internship experience in a technology company, program management, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
Basic scripting or data analysis skills, such as Python or SQL.
