About The Position

The PMO Program Manager is an individual-contributor role within Apple’s Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization, supporting the global Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) teams in Apple Sales and Operations. The role spans strategic planning, portfolio management and governance, support for individual project requests, and delivery of high-profile programs that cross the project delivery organization. The successful candidate brings structure to ambiguity, establishes standards, and can step into a critical delivery role when needed. The role sets standards and tools for BPR, drives multi-year road-mapping and the annual Sales and Operations capital planning process, owns portfolio reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessment, and runs the BPR teams’ operating cadence. It also serves as the program management function for key cross-functional initiatives. The position partners with the IS&T PMO and adjacent delivery organizations to align governance, intake, and reporting across shared programs, and may require domestic and international travel and occasional early or late calls across time zones.
