About The Position

KeyBank is hiring for either a Technical Product Management or Senior Technical Product Management position, depending on the selected candidate’s experience and skills. The role supports the Client Pricing & Returns Tool (CPT), a strategic commercial banking platform used across KeyBank’s Commercial & Institutional Banks for pricing, profitability analysis, and deal approval workflows. CPT helps relationship managers, deal teams, and business leaders make lending decisions through profitability forecasting, pricing insights, and decision-support capabilities. The platform is evolving from a transaction-focused tool toward a broader pricing intelligence platform connecting people, processes, data, and analytics across the commercial lending lifecycle. The role may also focus on other systems and tools as needed. This hands-on product role combines product management, business analysis, agile delivery, and technical analysis. The Technical Product Management professional works with product, engineering, architecture, design, data, analytics, and business teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, maintain a healthy backlog, support agile delivery, and ensure capabilities are delivered with quality and business value. The successful candidate is organized, technically curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective across business and technology teams. The position may be filled at the standard or senior level. The standard level requires at least one year of relevant experience; the senior level requires at least five years. Compensation eligibility includes base salary and incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. Key prioritizes in-office presence while offering flexible options where a role can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.
