About The Position

ISN is seeking a Technical Manager to provide leadership and technical oversight for real property systems, facilities data management, audit readiness efforts, and installation support activities. The Technical Manager provides support for a specific real property system of record on one or more task orders. This position serves as the primary technical authority for task order execution and ensures consistency, quality, and compliance across all technical deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or related experience may be considered
Experience leading technical teams.
Experience supporting real property systems, facility inventories, or asset management initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with GFEBS, HQIIS, ISR-I, RPLANS, ePRISMS, INFADS, BUILDER, DART, PRIDE, MDI or GIS.
Must have at least 2 years demonstrated experience with one or more real property systems of record.
Experience may not be older than 24 months.
The preference is that the individual have experience with the system of record within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and oversight for real property support activities.
Manage teams supporting real property systems of record and facilities data management.
Review technical deliverables for accuracy and quality.
Support field validation and facility assessment efforts.
Oversee data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting activities.
Provide guidance on real property systems, audit readiness requirements, and data integrity standards.
Coordinate technical resources across multiple projects and locations.
Develop technical procedures and best practices.
Support customer meetings and provide technical briefings.
