About The Position

ISN is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a nationwide Real Property Support Services program supporting government installations and agencies. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, contract oversight, and operational management for a diverse portfolio of task orders focused on real property data management, audit readiness, facilities documentation, asset management, and installation support services. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of all contract requirements across multiple geographic locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum Four-year college degree from an accredited university
  • More than ten (10) years of experience performing work in support of multiple real property systems.
  • More than five (5) years of experience managing or supervising teams of individuals.
  • Experience supporting government facilities, installation management, real property, infrastructure, or asset management programs.
  • Experience managing contract performance, staffing, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with GFEBS, HQIIS, ISR-I, RPLANS, ePRISMS, GIS, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall management and oversight of contract operations supporting real property programs.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Government representatives and contractor personnel.
  • Manage program staffing, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee task order execution involving real property systems support, audit readiness initiatives, facility documentation, and asset management activities.
  • Lead geographically dispersed teams supporting multiple military installations and other agencies.
  • Monitor contract performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with government policies, federal regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Lead program reviews, status meetings, and executive briefings.
  • Support business process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Manage risks, issue resolution, and continuity of operations planning.
