About The Position

ISN is seeking a Program Analyst to support Real Property operations by analyzing, validating, maintaining, and reporting facility and asset data across multiple real property systems of record. This position will support audit readiness initiatives, data quality assessments, reporting requirements, and business process improvement efforts. The Program Analyst will work closely with Government personnel and technical teams to ensure real property information remains accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience with the specific system of record on which work is being performed and all underlying modules and be proficient in Microsoft Office and database management. Examples of systems include: GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER and GIS. Experience may not be older than 24 months. The preference is experience with a specific system of record be within the last 12 months.
  • Experience performing data analysis, reporting, or program support activities.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and government reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting real property systems, facility inventories, or asset management initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations.
  • Experience with GFEBS, HQIIS, ISR-I, RPLANS, ePRISMS, INFADS, BUILDER, or GIS.
  • Experience supporting real property programs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate real property and facilities data.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
  • Perform data quality reviews and identify discrepancies.
  • Generate reports, metrics, and performance analyses.
  • Assist with maintenance of real property asset documentation and records.
  • Support development of standard operating procedures and process improvements.
  • Track project milestones and support task order reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with installation personnel and subject matter experts.
  • Assist with facility inventory validation and space management activities.
  • The Program Analyst for GFEBS shall have or be able to obtain the following roles in GFEBS: Real Property Viewer, Real Property Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, Business Intelligence Plant, and Property & Equipment Reporter.
