About The Position

The Technical Liaison Manager – Diagnostic Materials serves as the primary technical interface between Bio Supplies and internal diagnostic business units. Bio Supplies produces plasma-derived biological materials used in transfusion medicine and in vitro diagnostic applications. The role bridges diagnostic R&D, assay development, product development, and manufacturing teams with Bio Supplies manufacturing, operations, quality, sourcing, and supply chain teams. It ensures diagnostic material needs are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned with operational capabilities. The position supports internal diagnostic development programs by translating scientific and assay-development requirements into material specifications, coordinating material requests and forecasts, and helping ensure materials are available for proof of concept, development, validation, and manufacturing. It also contributes to business development and operational or process improvement initiatives. The role is hybrid, based out of the Vista, California office when not working remotely.
