About The Position

The Technical Liaison Manager – Diagnostic Materials serves as the primary technical interface between Bio Supplies and internal diagnostic business units. The role bridges diagnostic R&D, product development, and manufacturing teams with Bio Supplies manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure raw material requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned with operational capabilities. Bio Supplies operates a plasma processing facility that produces reactive and non-reactive biological materials for transfusion medicine and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications. The position supports internal diagnostic organizations developing diagnostic technologies by translating scientific and assay-development needs into material specifications and coordinating material availability. It also provides supplier-side technical support to development programs, helps anticipate demand and supply risks, and contributes to business development and process improvement. This is a hybrid position based out of the Vista, California office when not working remotely.
