About The Position
Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on building solutions for clients’ digital transformation needs. The Technical Lead L1 role calls for full-stack development skills across backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native platforms, APIs, databases, and DevOps practices. The expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000; final compensation depends on factors including geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental benefit options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options. Employment in some roles may be conditioned on successful completion of a post-offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring framework, Spring Batch, and/or Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies, including microservices, container technology, and DevOps.
- Strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with RDBMS, such as Sybase, MSSQL, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and secure coding.
- Mandatory skill: FullStack Microsoft .NET Smart Web App.
