About The Position

The Technical Lead L1 facilitates application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, and performing root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver stable, well-documented solutions that meet business objectives. It gathers and documents requirements for assigned modules, contributes to application solution designs under the guidance of the Project Manager, reviews code and resolves technical queries, and works with project managers through the software development life cycle. The role also modifies code to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces. During implementation, it helps validate configurations, integrate applications, address deployment dependencies, and prepare user-training materials and frameworks.

Requirements

• Mandatory skill: Playwright.
• 5–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure they are clearly and structurally documented.
• Work across business processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
• Facilitate application solution designs for a specific module under the Project Manager’s guidance, aligning designs with business requirements and technical standards.
• Review developed code, resolve technical queries for the assigned module, and create consistent replication patterns in accordance with project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers through all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
• Modify software code to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate application integration, and address dependencies during deployment.
• Prepare user-training documents and related frameworks to support adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.
