About The Position

Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on solutions for clients’ digital transformation needs. The Technical Lead L1 will design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and related technologies. The role covers the application lifecycle, from design and development through testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support, and includes collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

The position requires Fullstack Java Enterprise skills and 5–8 years of experience. Expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, with final compensation dependent on factors including location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Requirements

• Mandatory skill: Fullstack Java Enterprise.
• 5–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
• Develop and support RESTful services and APIs.
• Build applications using Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
• Participate in design, development, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Create technical design documents and user stories.
• Proactively troubleshoot application components and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
