About The Position
Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on helping clients address digital transformation needs. The Technical Lead L1 role is based onsite in Irving, Texas, and focuses on designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical enterprise Java applications. The position involves leading development of application components using Spring Boot and working with microservices and RESTful APIs. The role follows industry-recognized software development life-cycle practices and involves working in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Java-J2EE.
- At least 3 years implementing Java/Spring Boot microservices.
- Application development experience with Java 7 or Java 8 and the Spring Framework.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Data, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, Git, Mountebank, and Postman/Newman.
- Familiarity with the current Spring platform and its capabilities, including Java functional aspects.
- Good understanding of web application security.
- Excellent technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business logic beyond coding.
Nice To Haves
- Version 1 experience is a plus.
