About The Position

The Technical Lead L1 facilitates application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, and performing root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.

The position participates in gathering requirements and documenting module-specific needs, dependencies, and changes across business processes. It helps create application solution designs for an assigned module under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. The role reviews code, resolves team technical queries, creates consistent replication patterns, and collaborates with project managers throughout the software development life cycle. It also modifies software to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces. During implementation, the role works with technical teams to validate configurations, integrate applications, address deployment dependencies, and prepare user-training materials and frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience.
• Fullstack MERN experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for specific modules, including linkages, dependencies, and required changes across business processes.
• Facilitate application solution design for a specific module under the Project Manager’s guidance, aligning designs with business requirements and technical standards.
• Review developed code, resolve technical queries for the assigned module, and create consistent replication patterns that meet project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
• Modify software code to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate application integration, and address dependencies during deployment.
• Prepare user-training documents and related frameworks to support adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.
