Technical Delivery Lead

SPHERE Technology Solutions•Newark, NJ

About The Position

SPHERE is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage implementations and upgrades of SPHEREboard, its identity intelligence platform. This hands-on technical leadership role leads a delivery pod of technical engineers and dedicated Support and engineering resources. The Lead works directly in client environments with pod members, subcontractors, and client-assigned resources, serving as the client’s primary point of contact from kickoff through go-live. The role also scales the delivery model as the client base grows, making implementations and upgrades faster and more consistent. Prior SPHEREboard experience is not expected; the successful candidate will bring deep identity and infrastructure knowledge and become hands-on proficient in SPHEREboard and its behavior across client environments within the first 90 days. The role plans and runs implementations, version upgrades, and environment migrations; guides clients through infrastructure readiness; configures, tunes, and troubleshoots integrations and scans; validates identity data; and pilots remediation capabilities. It leads and develops the delivery pod, manages capacity and delivery resources, standardizes playbooks and processes, tracks delivery metrics, and ensures a well-documented transition to ongoing support. The Lead also enables clients to operate SPHEREboard independently, maintains trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, manages risks and services scope, and reports progress to leadership. The position is based in the U.S. Eastern or Central time zone, with travel to client sites as needed. SPHERE describes itself as a growing global identity security company focused on Identity Hygiene and reducing identity risks through automation. It offers a collaborative culture, competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. SPHERE is an equal-opportunity employer.
