About The Position
The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for driving complex technical initiatives, including cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM) work. The role calls for technical aptitude, the ability to quickly understand technologies and architectures, and the judgment and ownership needed to establish a path forward and deliver results. Success also depends on effective problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving, resourcefulness, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to establish a path forward and drive results for complex initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- High degree of ownership, sound judgment, initiative, and follow-through.
- Project management experience required.
Nice To Haves
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Demonstrated technical delivery experience is strongly valued.
