About The Position

DTCC is seeking a technically strong, results-driven Project Delivery Specialist to lead complex identity and access management (IAM) initiatives from concept through implementation. The role combines technical aptitude with strong execution skills, including proactive problem-solving, management of cross-functional dependencies, and identifying effective paths to move complex initiatives forward and deliver results.

The position is based in Boston, Jersey City, Tampa, or Dallas and is hybrid, with three days per week onsite. The posting describes a 12–18 month contract at $63 per hour on a C2C basis and requests candidates local to the listed locations only. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders. Requirements

• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex IAM projects end to end, actively managing outcomes, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams and drive informed decisions.
• Translate complex objectives into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Proactively identify obstacles, develop solutions, drive timely resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain execution discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting throughout delivery.
• Apply project management methodologies pragmatically to support successful outcomes.
