Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data management within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and data lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in writing SQL and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar) to automate data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
Responsibilities
- Experience performing data profiling to assess completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, and validity of enterprise data.
- Proven ability to execute data cleansing, standardization, deduplication, and validation activities using established data quality methodologies.
- Experience developing and maintaining data mapping documents, data conversion templates, validation templates, reconciliation reports, and data quality scorecards.
- Experience creating automated validation routines to compare source and target datasets and identify data quality issues.
