About The Position

We are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry and are looking for an innovative thinker to join our team. As the Technical CX Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the technical positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Everpure’s global services and customer lifecycle portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, services, and sales, translating complex infrastructure capabilities into compelling value narratives to drive revenue growth and service adoption. You will act as the main liaison between the Customer Experience (CX) organization and Product Marketing, ensuring product roadmaps align with integrated, services-led solutions for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or solutions engineering within enterprise storage, multi-cloud (AWS, Azure), or container virtualization (Kubernetes, VMware, OpenShift).
  • Specialized background in articulating the technical value of advanced professional services, customer success models, or outcome-based subscription architectures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a track record of driving consensus across technical delivery teams, product management, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical infrastructure designs into executive-level business value stories.

Responsibilities

  • Author differentiated value propositions and technical narratives for Advanced and Lifecycle Services, positioning them within hybrid, multi-cloud, and AI-driven environments.
  • Design, build, and deploy technical sales tools, including solution briefs, competitive battlecards, architectural blueprints, and use-case playbooks.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between CX and Product Marketing, integrating customer insights into product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop technical stories that illustrate how lifecycle services unify enterprise storage platforms and ecosystem partners to accelerate modernization and migrations.
  • Translate technical service capabilities into measurable business outcomes, focusing on cost reductions, performance optimizations, and risk mitigations.
