About The Position

OpenLoop is seeking a Technical Content Manager to establish its technical content function from the ground up. The role focuses on emerging platforms and helping clients understand and use new technology, while serving as the voice of the platform. The manager will turn product roadmaps and release notes into client-facing and internal materials, oversee client communications and the knowledge base, and develop AI and automation workflows that support content production and platform growth. OpenLoop describes its organizational structure as relatively flat, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and take initiative.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical writing or similar business-to-business writing experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong command of AI and ability to build workflows involving multiple steps and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Strong command of technology and ability to explain complex product and technical concepts clearly.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate product roadmaps and release notes into client-facing and internal documentation.
• Create client feature release newsletters.
• Manage client- and platform-related communications, including supporting Customer Success with partner newsletters.
• Manage the client-facing knowledge base.
• Convert client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear notes for the product team.
• Build and manage automation and AI workflows that turn product release notes into client-facing and internal deliverables.
• Help develop internal AI within the platform growth team to identify priorities across customer enablement, Customer Success, sales, and marketing.
• Build internal AI tools to track growth opportunities in intake conversion rate optimization programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
