About the position
Revel Systems is seeking a client support representative who will handle client inquiries via inbound calls, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to understand client needs and expectations to achieve resolution. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as well as basic IT and networking knowledge. Revel Systems is a product company that invests in its employees with internal training programs and a profit-sharing plan. The salary for this position ranges from 1750-2000 Eur/month gross salary plus pay for night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle client support requests, mainly via inbound calls. Clients are also able to send their inquiries to us via email or chat
- Understand our client needs, expectations and assist in order to achieve resolution
- Provide excellent customer service by making sure that our clients don’t have outstanding issues
Requirements
- Proficient written/spoken English and Spanish is a must
- Ability and willingness to work evening and night shifts
- Basic IT and Networking knowledge
- Help desk experience OR Customer Service experience (either face to face or in a support centre) is highly preferred
- College degree in Computer Science / IT related field or Networking is a plus
