About The Position

CapTech’s Technical Business Systems Analysts work alongside business and technical stakeholders to define complex solutions, drive solution design, and ensure delivered products meet business needs. They contribute to initiatives ranging from custom digital product development to large-scale integration, modernization, and enterprise transformation across systems, technologies, and business lines. The role suits someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, can navigate ambiguity, and brings a consulting mindset to problem solving. The analyst translates business objectives into technical requirements and partners with architects, engineers, and product teams on solution design, data modeling, APIs, integrations, interfaces, and workflows. The role is hands-on throughout the delivery lifecycle, helping teams move from unclear problems to well-designed, scalable, and maintainable solutions. It includes understanding client challenges, processes, and technology landscapes; advising stakeholders; analyzing data and current-state systems; defining future states; and supporting testing and validation. The role should expect a hybrid client-site schedule, with regular onsite visits each week based on engagement requirements. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or CapTech office as requested; remote work is allowed when compatible with CapTech and client needs.
