This role requires an experienced technical professional to manage system incidents and oversee job scheduling software. The on-site position operates in Tempe, AZ or Charlotte, NC, and requires rotating after-hours on-call support. Key Responsibilities include monitoring Outlook, Teams, and ServiceNow for incidents and questions, reviewing logs to identify and resolve issues, overseeing the deployment, configuration, and optimization of job scheduling software, performing testing of all new/updated applications, processes, and data feeds, monitoring critical systems to ensure they are running as expected, and documenting technical issues, solutions, and processes for future reference and analysis.
