Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or systems administration.
  • Experience supporting: Microsoft 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-site environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management tools.
  • Experience supporting multi-location IT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Support Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management systems.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration.
  • Assist with system configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Support collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Webex, and other conferencing platforms.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and site implementations.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventory, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party support providers as required.
  • Travel to multiple sites including Whitby, Aurora, Stratford, and Belleville as needed.
